Meeting Room Rental

Host a focus group, conduct internal trainings, or have private meetings with customers in one of Gaylord Palm’s meeting rooms. Need additional marketing support to achieve your goals? OR Manager Conference can build a marketing package specifically to meet your needs for your meeting room rental.

Sponsorship benefits:

✔ Use of a meeting room in the main conference area for either a full day or half-day usage.

Half day usage includes your choice of time slot, 7:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. or 1:00 pm–5:00 p.m.

✔ Room rental includes a conference/board room style set with water pitchers, note pads, and pens (please contact us with special requests).

✔ Signage outside of the room with sponsor’s logo.

Please note: Sponsor is required to coordinate AV and F&B through hotel and will not be provided by OR Manager Conference.

With less than five years of experience as an OR manager, these scholarship recipients are looking to forge strong relationships to maintain throughout their career.
